Battlegrounds Mobile India iOS release: After launching the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) on July 2 for Android users on the Google Play Store, many  BGMI lovers in the country are still waiting for the Battlegrounds Mobile India iOS version, which is not launched yet.

Krafton, the game developer, already made some announcements regarding the launch date of Battlegrounds Mobile India for iOS on Apple devices. Krafton confirmed that Battlegrounds Mobile India or BGMI will be launching for Android as well as iOS devices.

The Android version of the game was launched for beta testers first on June 17 and then it was launched on Google Play Store for everyone on July 2. But nothing official on iOS release yet. However, when you go to the official BGMI FAQ section of the game, there is one question that reads, "Does Krafton have a release planning for IOS version?"

In response to the question, Krafton has said that it will keep fans informed about further developments regarding the iOS version of the game. Krafton said, "New updates will be released on our official website and social networks, so please stay tuned for further news."

Meanwhile, Krafton on Monday announced that Battlegrounds Mobile India has surpassed 34 million registered users within a week after its release. This number was achieved only via Google Play. A testament to the popularity and the hype behind the game has recorded 34M registered users, a peak of 16M daily active users, and 2.4M peak concurrent users, the company said.

Its rankings on Google Play have noticeably increased upon its launch, ranking 1st among ‘Top Free Games’. It is currently maintaining its ranking at No. 1. The game is also garnering tremendous attention on social media channels.

Battlegrounds Mobile India's  Launch Party held on the 8th July via its official YouTube channel had a concurrent viewership peak of around 500,000 on the first day.

Krafton plans to host Lim esports tournaments to expand its BATTLEGROUNDS IP further in India. Moreover, the company is committed to contributing to the growth of the game industry and esports ecosystem in India through strategic investments.
