Startup IPOs: 2024 has been a blockbuster year for startups. This year, India ranked third in funding, after the United States (US) and the United Kingdom (UK), but ahead of China and Germany. In total, the tech startups raised $11.3 billion funding in 2024, an increase of six per cent from $10.7 billion in 2023, according to data compiled by Tracxn. On the other side, 13 startups launched their initial public offerings (IPOs) out of which 10 were mainboard and 3 were SME IPOs.

Among all mainboard startup IPOs, Unicommerce received the most subscriptions (168.39 times), followed by MobiKwik (119.38 times), Awfis (108.56 times), Ixigo (98.34 times), and TBO Tek (86.7 times).

TAC Security had the highest listing gain of 173.58 per cent, followed by Unicommerce and Mobikwik, which gained 117 per cent and 57.71 per cent, respectively.
