Hampton Sky Realty commences construction of HNSH project in Ludhiana
The total area currently under development spans 55 acres, with a built-up area of 2.8 Million sq ft.
Hampton Sky Realty, a real estate company based out of Ludhiana and Delhi, has commenced construction on its latest project - Hampton Narayana Super Speciality Hospital (HNSH) in Ludhiana. The project has started in collaboration with Narayana Hospitals Ltd (NHL).
According to the company, there are several other projects under development. One of them is Hampton Plaza - which is coming up in an area of 200000 sqft. Similarly, Hampton estate is a commercial project spread over 12 acres with a built-up area of 500000 sqft in Ludhiana.

Meanwhile, domestic brokerage firm Profitmart has initiated BUY coverage on the real estate company.
The brokerage underlined that other under-development projects will drive the profitability of the company.
Earlier, the company recently announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter of FY24. As per the financial results for the quarter and nine months, the company reported an increase in revenue from operations reaching Rs 59.02 crore.
The company's EBITDA (Earning Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) stood at Rs 7.68 crore with an increase of 81 per cent from Rs 4.24 crore in Q3FY23.
The Profit Before Tax (PBT) of the company witnessed a growth of 58 per cent to Rs 6.4 crore and the Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 3.05 crore - down by 17 per cent from 3.67 per cent.
