Recently, the lender had announced that all State Bank of India (SBI) credit card users who have grievances or issues with regards to their cards can now use 24x7 Digital channels like website, Chatbot ILA or Mobile App to get them addressed. Amid the 21-day nationwide lockdown till 14 April, SBI Cards & Payments Services Ltd which provides the SBI Card service to customers is working remotely to ensure employee and customer safety.
