DELHI – On Thursday, Petrol price was at Rs 92.85 while Diesel Price was at Rs 83.51.
MUMBAI - Petrol price was at Rs 99.14 while the Diesel Price was at Rs 90.71.
KOLKATA - Petrol price was at Rs 92.92 while the Diesel Price was at Rs 86.35.
CHENNAI – Petrol price was at Rs 94.54 while the Diesel Price was at Rs 88.34.

Petrol, Diesel Price – Oil prices steadied after a 2-day slump.Brent crude was up 18 cents, or 0.3 per cent, at USD 66.84 a barrel by 0527 GMT, having fallen 3 per cent on Wednesday, Reuters reported. US oil gained 37 cents, or 0.6 per cent, to USD 63.73 a barrel, after a 3.3 per cent drop in the previous session. While the demand is expected to rise in the US, the South East Asia and particularly India may not see much in terms of demand amid the rising number of Coronavirus cases. Most staes in India have announced local restrictions that has impacted the demand situation.
However,the outlook for crude oil remains positive globally and is expected to take a rise, Expert Anuj Gupta, Vice President (VP), Commodity and Currency Research at IIFL Securities opines.
He expects that WTI crude could test levels around USD 68 while the Brent Crude price could go up to USD 73 in near to immediate term. This will have an impact on the petrol and Diesel prices, taking it further up, he added.
