If you are a customer of SBI and your ATM card is lost or misplaced, then the card should be blocked immediately to prevent any misuse. Through online banking, one can quickly and easily disable the card.

Step 1: Visit the SBI website at onlinesbi.com.

Step 2:  Next, click on the 'Lock & Unlock User' option.

Step 3: Enter information like your username for online banking, your account number, and the captcha code.

Step 4: Choose the 'Lock user access' option from the drop-down menu.

Step 5:  After reading the terms and conditions, click OK to confirm.

Step 6: You will receive an OTP (one-time password) on your registered email address and mobile number.

Step 7: To lock your internet banking access, enter the proper OTP.

Step 8: On clicking submit, you will see a message on the next page that your debit card has been blocked successfully.
