7th Pay Commission latest news: 7th CPC jobs at Indian Railways for Indians above 55 years of age

7th Pay Commission latest news: Some very prestigious and high paying jobs have been announced by the government recently and those looking to make a big contribution to the country should definitely check. In a recent Indian Railways job notification, applications have been invited from eligible candidates up to 55 years of age. All interested candidates can apply online by logging in at  indianrailways.gov.in, which is the official website of the Indian Railways. Notably, salary for these jobs will be as per 7th Pay Commission. Indian Railways is still receiving the applications online as the last date for receiving the form is not mentioned in the job notification.

The latest job notification by the Indian Railways invites application for the posts of Additional General Manager, Joint General Manager, Senior Deputy General Manager and Deputy General Manager. Apart from these, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Joint Collector, Member Agriculture, Financial Advisor also figures into the list of jobs notified in the latest Indian Railways job notification.

On eligibility criteria, the Indian Railways notification says that all applicants should have at least 20 years of experience in the post they are applying for. it also mentions that the applicant should not be more than 55 years of age. The selected candidates will be hired for 3-5 years and during their service period, they will be eligible to get all perks as recommended and accepted under the 7th Pay Commission.
