Share Market News, Nifty 50/Sensex/BSE 500 Stocks to Track: Domestic equity benchmarks Nifty 50 and Sensex registered mild gains on Wednesday, continuing to rise after the bulls took a day's breather, driven by buying interest in financial, metal and auto shares though selling pressure in IT stocks kept the upside in check. Both headline indices fell about 0.3 per cent for the day, with the Sensex losing 230 points to 80,234.1 and the Nifty50 shedding 80.4 points to settle at 24,274.9.

Corporate Action | Stocks to go ex-dividend and ex-rights
Bayer Cropscience, Focus Business Solution, GPT Healthcare, Indag Rubber, Jamna Auto, Panchsheel Organics and Procter & Gamble Health shares are scheduled to trade ex-dividend as soon as the opening bell on Thursday.
At the same time, Ebnee Trade & Finance and LWK Knitwear shares are slated to trade ex-rights.
Godrej Properties QIP hits Street
Godrej Properties has launched a qualified institutional placement (QIP) to raise up to Rs 6,000 crore to fund its growth plan.
The floor price for the QIP marks a 3.7 per cent discount to the market price.
The realty developer's board approved the proposal last month.
Ashoka Buildcon bags Rs 193 crore EPC order
Ashoka Buildcon has won an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) order to the tune of Rs 193 crore from Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran.
