Share Market News, Nifty 50/Sensex/BSE 500 Stocks to Track: Domestic equity benchmarks Nifty 50 and Sensex extended gains to a second straight session on Monday, driven by strong buying in IT, energy and financial shares that led a broad-based upmove on Dalal Street. Both headline indices finished a volatile session about 0.6 per cent higher, with the Sensex adding 445.3 points to 80,248.1 and the Nifty50 gaining 145 points to 24,276.1. During the session, the 30-scrip index gyrated in a more than 1,000-point range around the flatline while the Nifty 50 broadly moved within the 24,000-24,300 band. 

 

As the focus shifts to the next trading session on Dalal Street, here are a few stocks worth tracking on Tuesday, December 3.

Pricol acquires Sundaram Auto Components' injection moulding unit

Automotive parts maker Pricol will acquire Sundaram Auto Components' injection moulding business for Rs 215 crore through its subsidiary, Pricol Precision Products.

Pricol has said that with this acquisition, it will see a consolidated topline addition of around Rs 730 crore combined with Sundaram Auto Components' (SACL) healthy financial parameters.
