Vodafone Idea share price, Vodafone Idea MSCI Global Standard Index inclusion: The stock of Vodafone Idea slipped by over 3 per cent on BSE on Tuesday (August 13, 2024) despite its inclusion in MSCI GLOBAL Standard Index and announcement of Q1 results.
The stock that closed at 16.01 a day ago slipped by 3.12 per cent to touch Tuesday's low of Rs 15.51.
Vodafone Idea shares that began the trading session on Tuesday at Rs 16.20 were trading lower by 2.19 per cent, or Rs 0.35, at Rs 15.66 at 12:16 pm on Tuesday.
Vodafone Idea announced a margin of 40 per cent, which is above the Zee Business research estimate of 39.8 per cent.
The loss of the telecom company was Rs 6,432 crore, which was better than the estimate of Rs 7,700 crore.
As far as Vodafone Idea's inclusion in the MSCI GLOBAL Standard Index is concerned, changes will be implemented from the closing of August 30.

Anil Singhvi's view on Vodafone Idea
Zee Business managing editor Anil Singhvi has recommended buying Vodafone Idea futures with targets of Rs 16.30, Rs 16.45, and Rs 16.65, and stop loss at Rs 15.90. He says the company has reported stable numbers as per estimate.
Singhvi says the impact of tariff hike should come from the next quarter.
He predicts that buying is expected in Vodafone Idea after its inclusion in MSCI inclusion.
