Citi has maintained its previous buy call and has pegged the target at Rs 17, implying gains of 57 per cent from the previous close. The brokerage is of the view that the company's network equipment deal of Rs 30,000 crore underscores that the company's investment plans remain unaffected.
The company noted that it Is now engaging directly with the centre to find resolution to the AGR issue. Also, the company expects to complete its pending bank debt raise in the next 7-8 weeks. The company anticipates another tariff hike in 15 months.
Nomura, meanwhile has maintained a buy on the brokerage with a target price of Rs 15.
On the flip, Macquarie maintained its underperform call on the counter with a target of Rs 10 per share.
