TTK Prestige dividend: Board announces 600% payout

TTK Prestige dividend: Board of TTK Prestige has announced a dividend of Rs 6 per share of face value of Re 1 each, i.e. 600 per cent payout for the financial year 2022-23. 

"The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 6/- per share of Face Value of Rs. 1/- each i.e. 600% for the financial year 2022-23," the kitchen appliances and cookware manufacturer company's regulatory filing said.

TTK Prestige dividend, if approved shall be paid or despatched within 21 days from the date of AGM as per the company's communique.
