Thanga Mayil Jewellery dividend, Thanga Mayil Jewellery bonus: Board of Thanga Mayil Jewellery announced a dividend of Rs 6 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10, i.e., a 60 per cent to its shareholders.
Thanga Mayil Jewellery dividend, Thanga Mayil Jewellery bonus: Board of Thanga Mayil Jewellery announced a dividend of Rs 6 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10, i.e., a 60 per cent to its shareholders. The company also recommended a bonus issue in the ratio 1:1 i.e., an additional share to be given to the shareholder for every one share held.
"Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs.6 /- per equity share of Rs.10/-each (60%) subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. An Interim dividend of
Rs.6/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (60%) has already been paid during Feb, 2023 (Totaling to Rs.12/- per equity shares (120%)), the dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting," the company's filing read.
"Board has recommended issue of Bonus shares at the ratio of 1:1 to the existing Shareholders as on the record date to be fixed after the ensuring AGM to be held on 24th July, 2023 duly approved by the Shareholders of the company," the company's filing added.
