Tech Mahindra dividend 2023: Tech Mahindra on Thursday announced a final dividend of Rs 32 per equity share for the financial year ended 31 March, 2023  a 640 per cent payout given the face value of Rs 5 each along with fourth-quarter earnings. The latest dividend takes the IT services major's total dividends for the year to Rs 50, translating to a 1000 per cent dividend payout for FY 22-23.  Earlier, a special dividend of Rs 18 per share was paid as an interim dividend in November 2022. 

"The Final Dividend, if approved, will be paid by 11™ August, 2023. This dividend is in addition to Special Dividend of Rs. 18/- per share paid as interim dividend in November, 2022. The total dividend for FY 22-23 will be Rs. 50/~ per share on par value of Rs. 5/- each i.e. 1000%," the company's filing read.

Tech Mahindra board has also fixed the payment date of the dividend- if approved in the forthcoming AGM. Tech Mahindra's dividend payment date is August 11. "The Final Dividend, if approved, will be paid by 11™ August, 2023," the company's filing said.
