TCS dividend 2024 announcement: Tata Consultancy Services’ board on Thursday, January 11 announced its third interim dividend of Rs 9 and a special dividend of Rs 18 per equity share of face value Rs 1 each along with financial results for the October-December period of the company for the financial year ending March 2024. 

"We would like to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today, the Directors have declared a third interim dividend of ₹9 and a special dividend of ₹18 per Equity Share of ₹1 each of the Company.," the comapny's regulatory filing said.

Earlier, TCS, the Tata group giant which is the country’s second most valuable firm, fixed January 19 as the record date for any such dividend.

The third interim dividend and special dividend will be paid on Monday, February 5, 2024.
