Honda 2 Wheelers India has launched the 2025 Honda Unicorn, priced at Rs 1.19 lakh (ex-showroom). Following the recent updates to the Activa 125 and SP160, the iconic commuter motorcycle now comes with enhancements to comply with OBD2B regulations, bringing a host of new features and a price hike of over Rs 8,000 compared to its predecessor.
Key Updates and Features
The 2025 Honda Unicorn introduces several upgrades:
LED Headlight: The headlamp now features an all-LED setup, while retaining the familiar design and layout.
All-Digital LCD Cluster: The motorcycle now boasts a digital instrument cluster displaying gear position, service due reminders, and an 'Eco' indicator.
USB-C Charging Port: A 15-watt USB-C port has been added for convenient charging on the go.
Engine and Performance
Under the hood, the updated 162.71cc single-cylinder, fuel-injected engine delivers 13.1 bhp and 14.58 Nm of peak torque, slightly more than the 2024 model. The motorcycle retains its 5-speed gearbox.
Colours
The 2025 Honda Unicorn will be available in three colour options:
- Pearl Igneous Black
- Matte Axis Gray Metallic
- Radiant Red Metallic
With these updates, Honda aims to maintain the Unicorn's reputation as a reliable and feature-packed commuter motorcycle in the Indian market.
