Tata Power dividend 2023, Tata Power share price NSE: Shares of Tata Power traded ex-dividend on Wednesday, June 7. The largest power generation company in India announced a dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of Re 1 each to the shareholders i.e., a 200 per cent payout. The dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 104th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, June 19. Tata Power shares on Tuesday finished at 217, down by Rs 2.05 or 0.94 per cent on NSE. 

"At the said meeting, the Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 2 per Equity Share of Rs 1 each (@ 200%) to the shareholders for the year ended 31st March 2023. The dividend recommended by the Board is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 104th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, 19th June 2023. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid, subject to deduction of tax at source, on and from Wednesday, 21st June 2023," Tata Power's regulatory filing said.
