Tata Power dividend news, Tata Power Q4 results date: The board of Tata Power is set to meet on Wednesday, May 8 to recommend dividend if any, along with the firm's Q4 financial results. The Tata Group power company's regulatory filing dated April 15 said, " We hereby inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of The Tata Power Company Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2024."

Tata Power shares: Past performance

Shares of Tata Power stock grew 23.2 per cent in the January-March quarter, sharply outperforming a 3.31 per cent rise in the headline Nifty index. The counter has gained nearly 120 per cent in last one year whereas the stock has given a multi-bagger return of 530 per cent in the last five years. 

The 52-week high price of the auto giant stock on NSE is Rs 444.2 per share (April 12, 2024) and the 52-week low price is Rs 193.05 per share (April 19, 2023).
