Tata Communications Q4 results date, Tata Communications dividend: The board of Tata Communications is set to meet today, April 17 to recommend a dividend if any, along with its financial results for the fourth and final quarter of the financial year 2023-24. 

The Tata group-backed telecom firms' regulatory filing dated April 8 read, "It is hereby informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Communications Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 to inter alia consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results along with the Reports of Statutory Auditors thereon for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2024."

The company through another filing informed that the earnings call for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, is slated on Thursday, April 18 via webinar.
