3 stocks that grew investors' money by over 20% in just a week
Sensex and Nifty50 rose around two per cent in the trading week from June 24 to June 28, their fourth straight weekly gain. A bunch of index heavyweights and other stocks registered delivered sharp return to investors during the course of the week, as IT and energy shares led the gains on Dalal Street.
Domestic equity benchmarks rose sharply to scale record high levels this week as IT, energy and financial shares led a broad-based rally on Dalal Street. The Sensex and the Nifty50 climbed up more than two per cent during this period, clocking a fourth straight week of positive moves. Midcap and smallcap stocks also participated in the overall upmove in the market, as reflected in a rise of about half a percent each in the Nifty Midcap 100 and Nifty Smallcap 100 gauges.
While Nifty50 stocks such as NTPC, Grasim Industries, LTIMindtree and UltraTech Cements delivered returns to the tune of 5-9 per cent during the F&O expiry week, a bunch of other stocks in the Nifty 500 universe grew investors' money by as much as 28 per cent.

GRSE (up 27.7 per cent for the week), India Cements (up 26.7 per cent), Bombay Burmah (up 20.3 per cent) rose the most among the 237 gainers in the Nifty 500 universe.
Other top gainers in the pack included Route Mobile, Amara Raja Energy & Mobility, CDSL and Titagar Wagons, clocking weekly gains of between 17.8 per cent and 19.2 per cent.
On the other hand, FACT, Swan Energy, CreditAccess Grameen, Happiest Minds, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, CE Info Systems, NMDC and Suntech Realty - declining between 8.3 per cent and 13 per cent - were the top losers.
