Nucleus Software dividend: Board announces 100% payout; stock hits 20% upper circuit

Nucleus Software dividend: Nucleus Software on Friday announced a dividend a final dividend of Rs 10 per equity share i.e. 100 per cent payout of face value of Rs 10 each of the company for FY-22-23. 

"Further the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has declared a Final dividend of Rs.10.00/- per Equity Share (i.e. 100% of face value of Rs. 10 each) of the Company for FY-22-23 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting," the company's filing said.
