IRCTC Dividend 2024: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) has informed exchanges that its board will meet on May 28 to recommend a final dividend for the fiscal year 2023-24. According to the information available, the company will also announce its financial results for the fourth quarter of financial year 2024.
“…it is hereby informed that 137th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 to inter alia: 1. Consider and approve the Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2024 after the same are reviewed by Audit Committee…,” the company said in an exchange filing.

It hit an intraday high of Rs 1124.65 and a low of Rs 1107, respectively, during the day. The stock of IRCTC, which has a market cap of Rs 88,716, has a 52-week high price of Rs 1,148.30 and a low of Rs 614.45.
