DIVIDEND STOCK: This Miniratna Indian Railways company fixes record date and payment date

IRCON Dividend 2023 Record Date: Ircon International has announced to pay a whopping 90 per cent interim dividend to its shareholders. This would be the second interim dividend that the company will pay.

According to an exchange filing, IRCON's board has approved the payment of 90 per cent dividend per equity share having face value of Rs 2 each. This translates into Rs 1.80 dividend per equity share.

"...declared an interim dividend of Rs.1.80 per equity share on the face value of Rs.2/- each (90% of the paid up equity share capital) for the financial year 2022-23," the company's exchange filing said.

IRCON Dividend 2023 Record Date

IRCON has fixed record date for the payment of interim dividend. According to information available on the NSE website, the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of the Rs 1.80 dividend is February 17.

"...the record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 would be Friday, 17th February, 2023," the company's exchange filing said.

IRCON Dividend Payout Date

According to information available on the NSE website, the payout date shall be February 28. The company's exchange filing said, "The Interim Dividend will be paid from Tuesday, 28th February, 2023 onwards."

Share of IRCON surged more than 3 per cent on Tuesday, February 14, to quote Rs 55.20 on NSE around 11:45 AM. YTD, the stock has yielded a negative return of 8 per cent. At current market levels, IRCON has a market cap of 5.15 thousand crore.
