ICICI Bank share, ICICI Bank dividend 2023 record date: India’s second-largest private sector lender, ICICI Bank, edged lower on Wednesday as the lender's shares turned ex-dividend after the dividend adjustments in the early morning trade. Earlier, the company had considered and recommended payment of a final dividend of Rs 8 per equity share of the face value of Rs 2 each — a 400 per cent payout for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The 29th AGM of the members of the bank is scheduled to be on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 2:00 pm through video conferencing or other audio-visual means, according to a statement.
ICICI Bank shares opened at Rs 974.8 and declined as much as over 1.5 per cent to touch the day's low of Rs 964 from the previous close of Rs 980.5 on BSE. The stock ended at Rs 972.6 apiece, down by Rs 7.9 or 0.81 per cent on BSE.
