Hindustan Petroleum declares Rs 15 interim dividend - Check record date, payment date and other details

Hindustan Petroleum Dividend 2024: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) on Thursday said that its board of directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 15 per equity share for the year 2023-2024.

"The Board declared an Interim Dividend of 150% i.e. Rs. 15 per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the year 2023-2024," the company said in an exchange filing.

The board has also fixed February 7, 2024 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividends. 

A record date is the specific day on which a company finalises the list of shareholders eligible for its forthcoming dividend distribution or any such corporate action.  

Hindustan Petroleum Dividend 2024: Payment Date

As per the regulatory filing, the company will pay the dividend to eligible shareholders on or before February 23, 2024.

"The said Interim Dividend would be paid to eligible shareholders on or before February 23, 2024," the company said.
