Goodluck India has announced an interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share with a face value of Rs 2. The Board has fixed April 12 as the record date for the second interim dividend.

The board has fixed April 20 as the date of payment of the second interim dividend.

SH Kelkar and Company dividend 2024 record date

S H Kelkar and Company has announced an interim dividend of Re 0.75 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10.

SH Kelkar and Company's filing said, "As communicated earlier in our intimation to Stock Exchanges dated March 26, 2024, the Company has fixed Friday, April 12, 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend."

The company's filing dated April 3 read, "As intimated vide our letter dated 29th March, 2024, the record date for reckoning the list of equity shareholders who will be entitled to receive the said interim equity dividend shall be Friday, 12 th April, 2024."

Mold-Tek Technologies dividend payment date

The interim dividend will be paid to such shareholders on or before Thursday, May 2.

Mold-Tek Packaging dividend 2024 record date

Mold-Tek Packaging has announced an interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of a face value of Rs 5 with April 12 as the record date. 

"As intimated vide our letter dated 29th March 2024, the record date for reckoning the list of equity shareholders who will be entitled to receive the said interim equity dividend shall be Friday, 12th April 2024," the company's filing said. 

Mold-Tek Packaging dividend payment date

The interim dividend will be paid to such shareholders on or before Thursday, May 2.

Sprayking stock split record date

Sprayking has announced a stock split from the face value of Rs 10 per equity share to Rs 2 per equity share with a record date of April 12. 

"Board Meeting held today, 01% April, 2024, and fixed the ‘Record Date’ on ‘Friday, April 12, 2024 for the purpose of sub-division /split of each equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, fully paid-up into five (5) equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each fully paid-up," the company's filing dated April 1 read.
