Dividend, bonus stocks this week: A total of eight stocks — Gensol Engineering, Glenmark Life Sciences, Tata Consultancy Services, HCL Technologies, Angel One, Anand Rathi Wealth, KPI Green Energy and Madhya Bharat Agro — will trade ex-date this week, according to the NSE website.

The mid-cap pharmaceutical company Glenmark Life Sciences’ shares will trade ex-dividend on October 17. Mumbai-based active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) manufacturer Glenmark Life Sciences announced a dividend of Rs 22.5 per equity share, its first interim dividend for the financial year. This translates into a 1,125 per cent payout given the face value of Rs 2 each.  The company’s board has fixed October 17 as the record date for the interim dividend and it will be paid to shareholders on or after October 23.

Gensol Engineering will turn ex-date on October 17, Tuesday. The company's board has approved and recommended a bonus issue of two equity shares for every one equity share held by the shareholders of the company as on the record date, i.e., in the ratio of 2:1. The record date is also October 17.

TCS dividend 2023 record date

Tata Consultancy Services shares will turn ex-date on October 19. TCS, India's largest IT company by market capitalisation, announced an interim dividend of Rs 9 per equity share of Rs 1 each, a 900 per cent payout.

HCL Tech dividend 2023 record date

HCL Technologies shares will turn ex-date on October 20. The IT major announced an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share of face value of Rs 2, i.e., a 600 per cent payout. The record date for the interim dividend will be October 20, while the payment date will be October 31.

Angel One dividend 2023 record date

Angel One has announced an interim dividend of Rs 12.7 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10. The broking house has also fixed the record date as October 20.

Anand Rathi Wealth dividend

Anand Rathi Wealth has announced an interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity share with a face value of Rs 5. The record date is also October 20.

KPI Green Energy dividend

KPI Green Energy shares will turn ex-date on October 20. KPI Green Energy has announced a dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10. The record date is also October 20.

Madhya Bharat Agro bonus date 2023

Madhya Bharat Agro shares will turn ex-date on October 20. October 20 is also fixed as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of bonus equity shares one new fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each for every one fully paid-up existing equity share of Rs 10 each held, ie., in the ration of 1: 1.
