Akzo Nobel India dividend: Board announces Rs 40/share payout

Akzo Nobel India dividend 2023: Akzo Nobel India's board announced a final dividend of Rs 40 per equity share for the financial year 2022-23 to its shareholders. 

"Recommended final dividend of Rs 40/- (Rupees forty only) per equity share for the financial year 2022-23. This final dividend will be paid if approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting." the company's filing said. 

The total dividend of Akzo Nobel India for the financial year aggregates to Rs 65 per share which includes an interim dividend of Rs 25 per share, approved by the board on 9 February 2023 and paid subsequently.
