Share Market Today LIVE: The benchmark indices, the S&P BSE Sensex and the NSE Nifty ended in the green on Monday, July 10. However, the gains were capped amid selling in the majority of the sectors. At close, the 30-share index of the BSE stood at 65,344.17, up 64 points, or 0.10 per cent while the NSE's Nifty settled at 19,355.90, up 24 points, or 0.12 per cent. Reliance Industries (RIL) was the biggest gainer on the index, up 3.78 per cent, followed by Tata Steel (up 3.36 per cent), and Bharti Airtel (up 1.56 per cent).

Share Market HIGHLIGHTS | RIL, Tata Steel, JSW Steel rise most in 50-scrip blue-chip basket
RIL, Tata Steel, JSW Steel and Bharti Airtel are among the top gainers in the Nifty basket, trading with gains of around 4-2 per cent. On the other hand, HCL Tech, Titan, Power Grid and TCS are among the top losers, down nearly 3-2 per cent.

Titan share price NSE, Titan share price target: Titan Company shares trade at Rs 3,057.95, down by 2.74 per cent on NSE. The counter slipped as much as over 3 per to touch the day's low of Rs 3,040 from the previous close of Rs 3,144 on NSE. The trend in the stock follows after the global brokerage Morgan Stanley downgraded Titan Company to equal- weight with a target price of Rs 3207.
The counter clocked a new 52-week high of Rs 3,210 apiece, surpassing an earlier peak of Rs 3,113.90 touched on July 5 on the NSE on Friday, July 7 after Titan reported 20 per cent year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth on Tuesday, with all key consumer businesses exhibiting double-digit growth for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, as per the jewellery maker's communiqué. National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), India's oldest depository, has filed draft papers with markets regulator Sebi for its initial public offering (IPO). The IPO is a complete offer-for-sale (OFS) of more than 5.72 crore equity shares by existing shareholders, according to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP). Under the OFS, IDBI Bank plans to offload 2.22 crore shares, National Stock Exchange (NSE) 1.80 crore shares, Union Bank of India 56.25 lakh shares, State Bank of India and HDFC Bank will offload 40 lakh shares each. This aside, the Administrator of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India (SUUTI) will sell 34.15 lakh shares of the Mumbai-based depository. Read more

LTIMindtree shares trade in red at Rs 5,047.7, down by Rs 26.85 or 0.53 per cent on NSE. The couter traded ex-dividend today, July 10. The global technology consulting and digital solutions company earlier announced a final dividend of Rs 40 per equity share of face value Re 1 each for the financial year 2022-23 — a dividend of 4,000 per cent.
