The global technology consulting and digital solutions company earlier announced a final dividend of Rs 40 per equity share of face value Re 1 each for the financial year 2022-23 — a dividend of 4,000 per cent. LTIMindtree in its regulatory filing said, "In the aforesaid meeting, the Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs. equity share of Re. 1 each, for approval of the shareholders."

The final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting. "Subject to the approval of shareholders, the final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM')," the company's filing said.

LTIMindtree shares on Friday ended at Rs 5,116.55, down by Rs 62.35 or 1.2 per cent on BSE. The stock surged 3.89 per cent or Rs 161.8 to Rs 4,322 on BSE. The counter in the last six months (Jan 10, 2022) has given a positive return of nearly 21 per cent.
