Share Market HIGHLIGHTS | ITC, Kotak Bank, ICICI Bank rise most in 50-scrip blue-chip basket
ITC, Kotak Bank, ICICI Bank and Dr Reddy's are among the top gainers in the Nifty basket, trading with gains of around 3-2 per cent. On the other hand, Infy, UltraTech Cement and Bajaj Finserv are among the top losers.

DB Corp Q1 Result | Net profit up over 2.5-fold at Rs 78.75 crore
Media firm DB Corp Ltd on Thursday reports over a two-and-half-fold jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 78.75 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2023 riding on robust advertising revenue growth. The company posts a consolidated net profit of Rs 31 crore in the same period last fiscal, DB Corp said in a regulatory filing.
Consolidated total income during the period under review stood at Rs 573.6 crore, as compared to Rs 499.38 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal, it added. Read more

Netweb Technologies IPO | Here's how to check allotment status online
High-end computing solutions (HCS) provider Netweb Technologies' IPO, to raise up to Rs 631 crore, concluded on Wednesday with a strong participation from investors. The basis of allotment of shares under the Netweb Technologies IPO is likely to be finalised on July 24. While successful bidders will get Netweb Technologies shares credited to their demat accounts on July 26, other participants will get refunds initiated on July 25.
There are two ways for bidders to check the status of their application under the Netweb Technologies IPO:

The buying interest in the stock increased after the Tata Group company announced the launch of Smartflo Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS), a voice solution integrated with Microsoft Teams.

Havells India Q1 results | Net profit at Rs 287.4 crore, misses Street estimates
Consumer electrical goods maker Havells India reports a standalone net profit of Rs 287.4 crore for the April-June period, marking an increase of 18.5 per cent compared with the corresponding period a year ago but missing analysts' estimates. The company's revenue grew 14 per cent on a year-on-year basis to Rs 4,823.7 crore, according to a regulatory filing. Read more

Shares of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) trade at Rs 3,442.75 apiece, down by Rs 18.3 or 0.53 per cent on NSE after dividend adjustments. The Tata group giant which is the country's biggest IT services company — traded ex-dividend on Thursday, July 20. Earlier, it had announced an interim dividend of Rs 9 per share, a 900 per cent payout given the face value of Re 1 per share.
TCS dividend 2023 payment date: When will the TCS dividend be paid?
The board has announced August 7 as the payment date for the interim dividend. "The interim dividend shall be paid on Monday, August 7, 2023, to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Thursday, July 20, 2023, which is the Record Date, fixed for the purpose.," the filing said. Tech giant Infosys Limited will declare its first-quarter results on Thursday. The company is expected to follow other IT companies and post soft numbers for the first quarter of the current financial year. After blockbuster results during the coronavirus pandemic, the IT sector has been struggling for over a year due to harsh macroeconomic conditions like the fear of a recession lingering over the US economy.
Hindustan Unilever Q1 results 2023
Zee Business Research estimates that Hindustan Unilever Limited's net profit is set to rise 9 per cent to Rs 2,601 crore as the company declares its first-quarter results on Thursday. The analysts also estimated the company's revenue to grow 5.6 per cent to Rs 15,448 crore on a year-on-year (YoY) basis.
RIL demerger
July 20 and 21 are important dates for Reliance Industries for different reasons. July 20 is the record date for the demerger of Jio Financial Services, while on July 21 (Friday), the company will announce its first-quarter results. There was a lot of interest in the share of RIL today as it hit an all-time high of Rs 2,855 after a rise of 0.62 per cent.
Persistent Systems Q1 results 2023
