Petrol and Diesel prices remained unchanged on Wednesday. The prices were last increased on Tuesday. In May, the price of petrol and Diesel prices hiked 16 times and on alternate days. The prices have increased by Rs 4 during the month.    DELHI – On Wednesday, Petrol price was at Rs 94.49 while Diesel Price was at Rs 85.38.

MUMBAI - Petrol price was at Rs 100.72 while the Diesel Price was at Rs 92.69.  

KOLKATA - Petrol price was at Rs 95.50 while the Diesel Price was at Rs 88.23.

CHENNAI – Petrol price was at Rs 95.99 while the Diesel Price was at Rs 90.12.

Petrol, Diesel Price Outlook – Outlook for crude oil remains positive globally and is expected to take a rise, Expert Anuj Gupta, Vice President (VP), Commodity and Currency Research at IIFL Securities opines. Brent Crude is trading around USD 70.79 while the US WTI crude prices were trading at USD 68.90. As per his estimates the crude prices have already touched their target prices. His next target price USD 73 for Brent Crude while USD 70 for US WTI. This will have an impact on the petrol and Diesel prices, taking it further up, he added.
