CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited saw a 12% surge in shares after announcing a joint venture agreement with Renesas Microelectronics and Stars Microelectronics to build a semiconductor assembly and test facility in Sanand, Gujarat. The JV plans to invest Rs 7,600 crore over five years to cater to various industries like automotive, consumer, industrial, and 5G.
