IPO Update

• Hariom Pipe Industries IPO: The Rs 130.05-crore initial public offering (IPO) of Hariom Pipe Industries was subscribed 4.69% by 1"08 pm today, the last day of bidding. The portion set aside for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 0.93 times and that of non-institutional investors (NIIs) was 3.11 times. The retail individual investors (RIIs) portion was subscribed 9.51 times. The issue will close today. The price band for the 85 lakhs share issue has been fixed at Rs 144-153 per share. Investors can bid for a minimum of 98 shares and in multiples of 98 shares thereafter.
