TVS Dividend 2023 Record Date: TVS Motor Company Limited, NSE: TVSMOTOR, has announced to pay an interim dividend to its shareholders. The company while releasing its Q3 results on Tuesday, January 24, said that the board has approved a whopping interim dividend of 500 per cent.

TVS Motor in an exchange filing said that it will pay an interim dividend of Rs 5 to its investors for each share having face value of Re 1. "The board of directors of the Company at its meeting held today, declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5/- per share (500%) on 47,50,87,114 equity shares of Re.1/- each fully paid up, absorbing a sum of Rs. 238 Cr, for the financial year ending 31st March 2023," the company said in an exchange filing.

TVS Motor Dividend Record Date 2023

TVS Motor has also fixed the record date for the payment of the interim dividend. According to information available on the NSE website, the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of 500 per cent dividend amount is February 2.

The dividend amount will be credited directly into the shareholders' bank account linked to their Demat account on the payment date. The payment date shall be February 9. "...The interim dividend declared will be paid on or after 9th February 2023, to those shareholders..,"" the company said in an exchange filing.

TVS Motor Q3 Results 2023

TVS Motor Company reported a consolidated net profit increase of 28 per cent to Rs 304 crore in the third quarter that ended on December 31, 2022.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 237 crore for the October-December period of the previous fiscal. Total revenue increased to Rs 8,075 crore during the quarter as against Rs 6,606 crore in the year-ago period, TVS Motor Company said in a regulatory filing.
