Domestic equity markets scripted a history today on Friday, September 24, 2021, as S&P Sensex crossed the 60,000-mark for the first time. At 12:39 pm, the S&P BSE Sensex was trading 152.17 points, or 0.25%, up at 60,037.53 while the Nifty 50 was trading with a gain of 33.75 points, or 0.19%, at 17,856.70. The Nifty hit an all-time high of 17,947.65 in the morning trade. Meanwhile, certain stocks were in action in either direction based on reports linked to them. Here is a list of few such stocks:

Sansera Engineering: Up 0.43%. The shares of the company debuted on the stock markets today at Rs 811.50 per share against the issue price of Rs 744 per share. It touched the intraday high of Rs 841.95 per share at NSE today.

Caplin Point: Up 1.80%. The Clinical Research Organization (CRO) division of Caplin Point Laboratories Limited, located in Chennai, has completed a virtual audit from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) with NIL observations. 

Ahluwalia Contracts: Up 1.30%. SBI Fund Management bought 2.5 lakh shares of Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited and increased its stake in the company from 7.4% to 7.76%. 

TeamLease: Up 3.34%. Promoter HR Offshoring Ventures Pte. Ltd. has decreased the shareholding in the Company and sold 85,484 shares in the open market on September 22 and 23, 2021. 

Affle India: Up 3.28%. Share split record date is October 8, 2021. 1:5 ratio. 

Man Infraconstruction: Up 3.67%. Promoter bought 1.7 lakh shares on September 23, 2021. 

Vedanta: Down 1.17%. The company has announced its intention to delist American Depositary Shares (ADSs) from the New York Stock Exchange and terminate its American Depositary Share Program. Upon delisting of its ADS program, the Company will concentrate all trading of its equity shares on the BSE Limited (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in India (NSE). The Company’s Board of Directors has taken into account the recent low trading volume of its ADSs on the NYSE and the associated costs of maintaining the listing and related obligations.

Globus Spirits: Down 1.70%. The scheme of amalgamation between Unibev Limited and Globus Spirits Limited has been approved by NCLT. 

Indian Bank: Down 0.68%. The bank has declared the non-performing accounts of Kiratpur Ner Chowk Expressway Ltd and Tantia Constructions Ltd as fraud and has reported it to the RBI. The bank’s total exposure in both the accounts is Rs 316 crore, the bank has made full provisioning against these accounts. 

Jubilant FoodWorks: Down 1.04%. The company has entered into Share Subscription Agreement and Shareholders' Agreement to acquire a 25.02% stake in Wellversed Health Private Limited.
Home First Finance Company: Down 1.45%. BNP Paribas Arbitrage sold 4.75 lakh equity shares at Rs 575.15 per share.

Windlas Biotech: Down 1.11%. Credit Rating Agency ICRA Limited has upgraded the long-term rating to ICRA A+ from ICRA A and reaffirmed the short-term rating at ICRA A1 for facilities of Windlas Biotech Limited as per the letter dated September 21, 2021.

PVR: Down 2.63%. CRISIL Ratings has downgraded its ratings on the bank facilities and debt programmes of PVR Limited (PVR) to 'CRISIL A+ from 'CRISIL AA-. Short term rating has been downgraded from A1+ to A1.
