The Sensex and the Nifty on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, slipped marginally. The BSE Sensex fell 17.43 points, or 0.03 per cent, to finish at 58,279.48. The NSE Nifty also ended 15.70 points, or 0.09 per cent, down to 17,362.10. But certain stocks came in the news after the market was closed. These stocks can impact the indices when it reopens on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. List of such five stocks:
Jain Irrigation: The Board of Directors of the company has approved the restructuring of its credit facilities worth Rs 4,000 crore received from the lead bank, i.e., State Bank of India and few other banks of consortium. Besides, the board also approved the plan to raise Rs 270 crore through an issue of Ordinary Equity Shares and/or Equity Share Warrants on a preferential allotment basis.

Delta Corp: The government of Nepal has issued relaxations in the country, so, the casino operated by Delta Corp’s subsidiary in Kathmandu will resume operations from September 8, 2021, in accordance with applicable safety norms/guidelines prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
RailTel + EID Parry
RailTel: RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. has received an additional order from Indian Railways for the implementation of the "Hospital Management Information System' (HMIS) over Indian Railways at the cost of Rs. 42.38 Crore (Inclusive of GST). The work is to be implemented over one year with further upgrades & support for 5 years.
EID Parry: The Board of Directors on Tuesday approved the setting up of a 120 KLPD Grain/Sugar Syrup/Molasses based Distillery at the Company's Sankili unit in Andhra Pradesh. The company will invest Rs 92.50 crore in the project.
Panacea Biotech + DRL: Panacea Biotech has started supplying Sputnik V to India. Dr Reddy’s Laboratories (DRL) is the sole distributor of Sputnik V in India under an agreement with the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).

Olectra Greentech: Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund bought 28.2 lakh shares at Rs 321 per share. Promoter Goldstone Power sold 28.20 lakh shares (3.44%) at Rs 321 per share.
Stove Kraft: Sequoia Capital sold 8.06 lakh shares at Rs 932.92 per Share (Complete exit). HSBC Global Investment Funds bought 5.37 lakh shares at Rs 929.85 per share.
