MRF Dividend 2023: Check amount, record and payment date

MRF Dividend 2023: MRF Ltd on February 9 (Thursday) announced to pay dividend to its shareholders. The tyre maker firm through an exchange filing informed that the board has approved the payment of the second interim dividend for the FY23. 

MRF Dividend 2023 Amount 

The board of directors has declared a second interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share (at 30 per cent) for the financial year ending March 31, 2023.

MRF Dividend 2023 Record Date

The company has fixed February 21 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of second interim Dividend.

MRF Dividend 2023 Payment Date

The Second Interim Dividend declared will be paid on or after March 6, 2023. "In the said Meeting, the Board of Directors has declared a Second Interim Dividend of Rs.3/-per equity share [30%] for the financial year ending 31st March,2023. The Company has fixed Tuesday, 21st February 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend. The Second Interim Dividend declared will be paid on or after Monday, 6th March, 2023," the company said in an exchange filing. 

MRF Q3 results 

The company reported a 17 per cent rise in consolidated net profit from continuing operations at Rs 174.83 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2022. The company had posted a consolidated net profit from continuing operations at Rs 149.39 crore in the same quarter last fiscal, MRF Ltd said in a regulatory filing.
 
Consolidated revenue from operations during the period under review stood at Rs 5,644.55 crore, as against Rs 4,920.13 crore in the year-ago period, it added. Total expenses were higher at Rs 5,484.72 crore in the third quarter, as compared to Rs 4,787.33 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.
