IRCTC Dividend 2023: Massive 175% Dividend announced - Check amount, record and payment date

IRCTC Dividend Record Date 2023: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) on February 9, Thursday, announced to pay interim dividend to its shareholders. The tourism and ticketing arm of the Indian Railways through an exchange filing informed that the board has approved the payment of the second interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23.

The board of directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 3.50 per equity share, which is 175 per cent of paid-up share capital for the financial year 2022-23.

The company has fixed February 22, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of second interim Dividend. 

IRCTC Dividend Payment Date

The payment of Interim Dividend will be made within 30 days of its declaration i.e. March 9, 2023. "This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, February 9, 2023, has declared an interim dividend of Rs.3.50/- per share on Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/-each for the financial year 2022-23, which is 175% of paid-up share capital," the company said in an exchange filing.

IRCTC Q3 Result 

The company reported a 22.3 percent on-year jump in its consolidated net profit at Rs 255 crore for the October-December 2022 quarter. Net profit stood at Rs 208.8 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The company posted Rs 918 crore revenue from operations for the December quarter. The same was Rs 540 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year.
