DIVIDEND STOCK: The board of P&G has fixed February 8 as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of the dividend.
DIVIDEND STOCK: FMCG major Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd. has announced to pay a whopping 800 per cent dividend to its shareholders. The company through an exchange filing informed that the board has approved a dividend of Rs 80 per equity share having a face value of Rs 10 each.
"Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, inter alia, have declared an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 of Rs. 80 per Equity Share (Face Value of Rs. 10/- each)," the company's exchange filing read.
P&G Dividend 2023 Record Date
The board of P&G has fixed February 8 as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of the dividend.
"The purpose of eligibility for payment of said Interim Dividend shall be February 8, 2023, the company's exchange filing read.

P&G Dividend 2023 Payment Date
The dividend amount will be credited directly into the shareholders' bank account linked to their Demat account on February 28.
"The dividend shall be paid on or before February 28, 2023," the company's exchange filing read.
