Bonus equity shares: Shubham Polyspin announces these plans

Shubham Polyspin Ltd has announced its plans to consider the issue of bonus equity shares. Bonus shares are fully paid additional shares issued by a company to its existing shareholders.

In another development company informed in a regulatory filing to the exchanges that company has installed another Twister Machine adding approx. 10% more capacity in May, 2022 and this will help the company to earn higher realisation. Majority of the Twine PP Threads are supplied to Government Companies & PSUs.

The company has been marketing Twine PP thread under its own brand name which is Registered Trademark as SHUBHLON.

Further, as per company, the management of the company is actively exploring possibility of expansion of overall production capacity and aims to become the largest Twine yarn producer in India.

Meanwhile, Mauritius-based global investment firm, AG Dynamic Funds Ltd has bought 1,02,000 (One Lakh Two Thousand) shares of Shubham Polyspin Limited from the open market paying ₹215.05 per share to the Indian company, as per details by company.

Incorporated in 2012, Gujarat-based Shubham Polyspin is is engaged in the manufacturing of Polypropylene Multifilament Yarn of various types including air-intermingled yarn, twisted yarn and bag closing yarn.
