Anupam Rasayan is working at 60% capacity; additional 40% capacity utilization will improve their revenue going forward. Valuations of the company are expensive at current levels. The business model of the company is not unique which will attract more investors. Singhvi said it would have been better if Anupam Rasayan had kept valuations at lower side rather than keeping at higher side. Business model of the company is strong.
Why so many IPOs in March, 2021
Anil Singhvi said that the reason behind so many IPOs coming in this month is because, if these companies decide to postpone their IPOs beyond 31st March 2021, then they will have to complete the Audit work all over again and submit the same to SEBI.
If companies do the IPO before 31st March 2021, they have to give unaudited financial accounts to SEBI. Since markets are at all time highs, it is a good opportunity for new companies to attract investors. In case, if these companies follow all the audit procedures and go for an IPO after 31st March, markets could dip down or fall from highs and investors may remain risk averse and flows may shift away from Equities to other asset classes. Hence, many companies who are coming with IPOs want to take advantage of the Bull Market and are rushing to get listed on the exchanges before March 31st. This is the key reason for so many IPOs coming in the month of March 2021.
Anil Singhvi said it is not necessary that all IPO’s will get a strong response. MTAR Technologies was one of the strong companies. The Market Guru himself had recommended that investors should subscribe.
