Anil Singhvi says THIS stock is an investment opportunity - Know the reasons why you should BUY

Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi says that the Metal Sector is seeing good traction today. Tata Steel, JSW Steel, Hindalco are up 2% to 4% in today’s session. Anil Singhvi highlights that Investors should focus on good quality metal stocks in midcap space. There is a strong upmove in cash stocks. Sunflag Iron and Vardhan Steel are doing well after being recommended by Zee Business earlier. 

Singhvi said Good Luck Steel looks good in Midcap metal space at current levels. The stock is available at attractive valuations and should be bought at current levels. EPS is around 30. P/E multiple is near 4 or 4.5 and in cash it is at P/E of 3.

Singhvi said that in Q4 FY21 promoters have raised their stake by 3%. Promoters buying stake in the company reinforces confidence of investors and stakeholders. It implies that Promoters are confident about the growth of the company going forward. This company will certainly benefit due to the Bull Run in metal space.

Singhvi said that Investors should buy into this stock. Immediate target price on the stock is Rs 100 and from investment point, the stock can see targets of Rs 110 – Rs 120.
