Key equity indices ended near the day's high with robust gains on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, tracking positive Asian cues. The S&P BSE Sensex advanced 403.19 points to 55,958.98. The Nifty 50 index added 128.15 points to close at 16,624.60. The Bank Nifty gained 587.70 points to settle at 35,712.10
Amid positive global markets, foreign institutional investors (FIIs), domestic institutional investors (DIIs), sentiment and neutral future & options (F&O) cues, the short-term trend of the Indian stock markets will be positive on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

In the broader markets, outperformed the Sensex with S&P BSE MidCap closing with a gain of 1.52 per cent and S&P BSE SmallCap ends 1.69 per cent higher.

Day support zone on Nifty is 16,565-16,590, below that 16,500-16,530 is a strong Buy zone.
Day higher zone on Nifty is 16,675-16,725, above that 16,775-16,800 is a Profit-booking zone.
Day support zone on Bank Nifty is 35,425-35,550, below that 35,125-35,300 is a strong Buy zone.
Day higher zone on Bank Nifty is 35,925-36,025, above that 36,175-36,300 is a strong Sell zone.
The small day range for trading on Nifty is 16,590-16,690, while the medium and bigger day ranges are 16,565-16,750 and 16,500-16,800, respectively.
The small day range for trading on Bank Nifty is 35,550-35,975, while the medium and bigger day ranges are 35,425-36,175 and 35,300-36,250, respectively.
FIIs Index long at 65% Vs 63%.
PCR at 1.39 Vs 1.15.
India VIX down by 3% at 13.19.
For Existing Long Positions:
Nifty Intraday and Closing stop loss are 16,450.
Bank Nifty Intraday and Closing stop loss are 35,500.
