7th Pay Commission latest news: The Union Public Service Commission has issued job notification for the post of Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professor (Ophthalmology). The post notified is permanent in nature and the candidate will be appointed in Group ‘A’ Central Health Services Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre after successful completion of the recruitment process. 7th CPC Pay Scale, Perks
After selection, the candidate will be eligible for the seventh pay commission pay and perks. As per the UPSC job notification, successful candidate will be appointed in Level-11 means the pay scale offered as per the 7th CPC (Central Pay Commission) is from Rs 67,700 to Rs 2,08,700 inclusive of Dearness Allowance (DA), Travel Allowance (TA), Housing Rent Allowance (HRA), etc.

Seventh Pay Commission vacancy details
The total number of vacancies notified by the UPSC are 13 out of which, seven has been reserved for the non-reserved General category applicants, one for Economically Weaker Section (EWS), three for Other Backward Caste (OBC) and one each for Schedule Caste (SC) and Schedule Tribe (ST) category applicants.
