7th Pay Commission Latest News: The Konkan Railway Corporation is inviting applications from retired central government employees, state government employees as well as CPSUs and SPUs for appointment on re-employment basis with pay scale as per 7th cpc matrix. The interested candidates must note that the last day of sending applications is April 30, 2021 till 5.30 PM.

The number of vacant posts is as follows - Senior Section Engineer and Technician for Railway Electrification work in Electrical Department.

7th Pay Commission pay: The pay for the post of Senior Section Engineer (Elect) will be as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-7 (As per 6th CPC, PB-2 with grade pay Rs 4600). In case of Junior Engineer (Elect), the pay will be as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-6 (As per 6th CPC. PB-2 with grade pay Rs 4200).

For the post of Technician (Elect), the pay scale will be as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-2 to Level-6 (As per 6th CPC, PB-2 with grade pay Rs 1900 to grade pay Rs 4200).

Age limit: The upper age limit for the interested candidates applying for the posts of Senior Section Engineer and Technician for Railway Electrification work in Electrical Department must not be more than 63 years as on the date of notification.
