2025 Ather 450 electric scooters launched with advanced features, improved range, and more

2025 Ather 450 Electric Scooter Launched: Ather Energy Limited has unveiled the 2025 Ather 450 with a host of new updates. The new 450X and 450 Apex models now come with Multi-Mode Traction Control, offering three modes—Rain, Road, and Rally—to enhance safety and prevent slipping on low-friction surfaces. Additionally, the 450X model features advanced updates such as Magic Twist and Traction Control. The price of 2025 Ather 450X starts at Rs 1,29,999, while the top model, the Ather 450 Apex, is priced at Rs 1,99,999.

Both the Ather 450X and Ather 450 Apex are equipped with Multi-Mode Traction Control, designed to improve rider safety in challenging conditions. In collaboration with MRF, Ather has also introduced multi-compound tires, enhancing both performance and range for a better riding experience.

While the battery pack capacity remains the same, the range has been improved. The 450X with a 3.7kWh battery offers a TrueRange™ of up to 130 km (IDC Range 161 km), while the 450 Apex (IDC Range 157 km) offers up to 130 km as well. The 450X with a 2.9kWh battery (IDC Range 126 km) and the Ather 450S (IDC Range 122 km) now offer an improved TrueRange™ of up to 105 km.

The 2025 Ather 450 is equipped with AtherStack™ 6, the latest version of Ather’s software engine, which includes features like Google Maps, Alexa integration, and WhatsApp notifications on the dashboard. This allows riders to stay connected and access messages without having to pull out their smartphones.

2025 Ather 450 Electric Scooter Price

The 2025 Ather 450S is priced starting at Rs 1,29,999 (ex-showroom Bengaluru), while the 450X with a 2.9 kWh battery is priced at Rs 1,46,999 (ex-showroom Bengaluru). The 450X with a 3.7 kWh battery is priced at Rs 1,56,999 (ex-showroom Bengaluru), and the 450 Apex is priced at Rs 1,99,999 (ex-showroom Bengaluru, including the Pro Pack).
