Budget 2019: Could home insurance expect some relief?

Nirmala Sitharaman is set to present her first budget as finance minister on July 5. In the run-up to the exercise, we analyse some of the key sectors the government is likely to focus on, and what experts expect the FM to do to alleviate the pain in their respective sectors. We begin with real estate and construction, which is the second largest employer after agriculture, but which is stuck in a limbo because of low demand and high inventory.
