Zee Business BSE Bull Run; BSE MD CEO Ashish Chauhan's fitness mantra

Zee Business is set to start its 5th edition of BSE Bull Run, which will start from 12th January 2020 from 6AM. The event will be held from Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex. In an exclusive conversation with BSE MD and CEO Ashish Chauhan said that he has started preparing himself for this event. He took a 7 Km walk on Friday so, that he could participate in the event with full power.

He said that in order to increase wealth, people should focus on health. The one who works for share bazaar spend their days sitting idle on chairs, which makes them unhealthy so they should take care about their health.

Chauhan said that he was impressed by this Zee Business event which was started 5 years ago as he saw a large number of people participating actively. The BSE Bull Run was held for the first time outside the BSE building. He predicted that around 20,000 people will participate in the event and in the coming years, the number will increase. He suggested that it should take place in other states as well.
