Zee Business has joined hands with BSE to host 5th edition of BSE Bull Run 2020 where you can participate and bring your family too. As we head into the mega event, here is a look at quick exercises that you can do at home to stay fit -
1. Push-ups - Suggested for the younger generations, push-ups are the easiest and one of the most effective exercises. You can do it by placing the body in high plank position while keeping the wrists directly under shoulders. Do three sets of 10 push-ups every day and observe the change.
2. Crunches - For those trying to lose wait or maintain a certain shape, crunches are a must. Lie face up with hands behind the head and legs extended. Bend knees and lift body to bring head closer to the knee. Do three sets of 10 crunches every day.
3. Lunges - A great exercise for your legs, lunges can be done anytime, anywhere. Stand up and bring both feet together, keep one leg forward, bend knees, straighten legs and return to standing position. Do three sets of 10 lunges every day.
4. Jumping Jacks - The exercise helps in maintaining an active lifestyle. You just need to stand tall with arms by sides. Then, jump legs apart, swinging hands overhead. Jump feet back together as hands come back down to sides. Do this for 90 seconds.
5. Running - There is nothing better in this world than a good run. You can find a park near your house or workplace and go for a run everyday. Even 15 minutes of running on a daily basis can make a lot of difference in your life.
